I just tried to go there and notice the name has changed to: Manage Your Content and Devices.

Under Devices I show: Galaxy s5 2014 TWICE. That bug is still there perhaps because I own Kindle for Android, which can NOT be uninstalled, and Kindle for Samsung. Each must be registered separately even though they are on the same device.

Under Content I notice free dictionaries can NOT be deleted.
