Definitely. I find most books I buy from any kind of publisher (digital first, small pub, large pub) often need at least a 35% coupon to get around Amazon's price, but for self-pubbed stuff and some small pub stuff neither Amazon or Kobo discount often so even lower percentage Kobo codes can help. For me if the price is close I'm likely to go with Amazon due to past experiences with customer service at both among other reasons. The thing the really high percentage codes do is get me to buy things now that I might not have bought otherwise until much later.
