I can easily blow through 2000 words in an hour. No big secret to it. I merely write the scenes mentally throughout the day, and then I just have to type it up when I get to the computer. I get a lot of "writing" done while exercising, driving, waiting on line, etc.

Probably nothing actually. It does point out things that a person might not think of or pay attention to that can help them to write more, more quickly though.
