Well, even in speech it is hard to hear the capialization when speaking of the nationality (in English anyway).
But when being written on a forum - all bets are off - pick from context.

If some vendor decides to refer to the group of actions that put all the nice finishing touches on a book (which is another English usage), . . . .

Woe be it for the reader to figure out the sentence.

But anyway - you did repeat my point -
whatever that feature group does -
it does it to books of any nationality.

(Now if the interface had a: "German Books" - I would expect it to toss in a handful of letters to make the words a minimum of at least 25 letters long. )
