It is the name of a calibre tool: "Polish books", not "books in the Polish language", but should still be capitalized; that is after all the way it is written in calibre's toolbars/menus. Assuming that capitalization should be the way to distinguish the two is a lousy habit to get into, as most people will probably spell both lowercased anyway.
