Android Tablet

Not necessarily to be used for reading but I'm trying to decide between a mid(?) range tablet, it's down to two most likely: a Nexus 7 (16 GB no microsd slot) or a Samsung Galaxy 4 7" 8 GB tablet (micro sd slot). Both price ~$199. On the Galaxy's side is the fact I have a Galaxy phone (not that there's really much of an Android learning curve).

Then there's the do I buy from Best Buy and get reward points or Amazon with the Amazon CC. Ah decisions decisions...

Which would you buy (or own) and why?
