Hmmmm, maybe they are matching up recommendations alphabetically, "this user likes books by authors whose last name starts with H".
I've been following this thread and when I browse the books available it appears that I've read (and liked) almost a third of the books that show up on the first page, probably an indication that Scribd has a lot of books that would appeal to me. I might have to give this a try.
Does anyone know if the selection in Canada is similar to the US?
