Go to Preferences ==> Advanced ==> Miscellaneous and click the button "Open calibre configuration directory". Copy the entire contents of that folder into a backup.
Do the same on the new computer, but instead of copying them,
close calibre and
then delete
all files from the new computer's configuration, and replace them with the backed-up folder contents.
They should be similar to this folder list from my install (folders end with a "/" ):
