You seem to have a lot of "file (Yannick MacBook Pro's conflicted copy 2014-06-04).FMT" stuff in your list of files. Dropbox creates these when you update your files from two different computers without first syncing. You will have to figure out which are the master copies.

The main stuff is in "metadata (Yannick MacBook Pro's conflicted copy 2014-06-04).db,metadata (Yannick MacBook Pro's conflicted copy 2014-06-04).db" -- figure out which database has the true metadata in it, and rename to plain old "metadata.db"

In the future, always sync Dropbox fully before opening calibre, and after closing it.

Or you may want to do a one-way sync (mirror mode) of your calibre library folder and stick that into Dropbox. Dropbox will never update your library, and anything that gets messed up will be fixed by resetting it with the mirror source (your real libraries).
