You can add anything you want......
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can refried beans (don't gag, its a thickener, you never know they are there.)
1 can crushed tomatoes (I use large)
1 can chicken broth
1 onion, chopped fine.
1 bag mixed veggies
Throw all into crockpot, stir, cover and walk away for at least 8 hrs. Even better the next day.
Some people like to add meat, or chicken. Enjoy!
