I dithered over the Note 3 for a while due to the same reason. The size of the thing! Oh, and it has one very nifty feature for using it one handed. You can swipe from the edge of the screen to the middle and back again to make the display shrink! It reduces the whole display and puts it into one corner to enable one handed use. I thought 'gimmic' when I first heard about it, but it works beautifully.

I'm afraid I am a bit of a Note 3 fanboy
