Kindle Amazon.com is for the US and every country that hasn't its own Kindle store (plus those who want to buy on an English language site) so what you see on it and the price depends on where it thinks you reside and the publishing rights for that location.

There are thus ebooks on it which are available everywhere except the US.

Plus Irish residents can now also use Kindle Amazon.co.uk
