I used to see that too often commuting to Toronto. I'm sure it still happens but luckily I don't have to do that commute. I saw one guy doing 140km/hr and he was within a car length of the car in front of him but had a novel on the steering wheel. Unfortunately I couldn't get his license plate because there was another car right behind. Makes you wonder how accidents happen.
