I'm not switching to an Ipad, but it is good to know that there is an excellent product available when my eink devices eventually die or I'm forced to move entirely to TTS. Cost is an issue for me, but I know that there is an excellent TTS app for the Ipad. Thanks for the tip.

I currently do not use a lighted device most of the time as I find it tiring on the eyes. Non-lighted Nook and Kindle devices seem to work best for me.
