My EE may be old but it still does the job I got it for - reading service manuals and making notes as well as sending and receiving e-mails when I am out on the job.
At the moment I am looking for a good 10 to 13 inch e-ink device plus a similar size LCD unit with a wacom stylus. When I find them I will see about creating my own Edge with new hardware - we may even be able to integrate the the interaction between the two screens as it appears some of the e-ink units are using android as well.
