"Best" being a purely subjective term in this instance, since it apparently is being used as "most well-known".

For me, a best one-novel author is Sandra Brewer who wrote "Murder for Beltene: A Beltene Family Mystery (...Dressed Like a Mystery, with Fantasy Lingerie...)".
