For a factory reset: you will need to charge it fully first (a couple hours or overnight), preferably from a wall charger. If it doesn't appear to charge, try a different cable.
After that, if it's still frozen, you need to hold the power button for 20s to turn it OFF (regardless of what you see on the screen), then hold the light button down while switching it on.
Thanks for your advice. When i'm disappointed, i press the reset button while switching power button. And my glo is turned on. :|
