These three cookbooks are all free right now. How long that they will stay that way, I don't know. I hope that you will find them still free when you go to their respective pages.

None of these books have many customer reviews, because all of the books have been published fairly recently.

I'm omitting the book descriptions, that I usually include, in order to save space and to make room for something more important--my editorial comments (haha). They are in brackets ("[]" (without the quotation marks)) and are provided free of charge!

[I don't know for what the chef wants revenge. I've never insulted a chef, or even complained about the food, although I should have a time or two (the latter, complained about the food, that is).]

[In all seriousness, now: I love Greek salads. If you haven't had one, I think that you're really missing out on something. I got the cookbook above, but I haven't checked yet to see if it had a recipe for it. Oh, and IMHO, a real Greek salad has to have sliced pickled beets; a lot of restaurants that serve Greek salads don't know that.]
