I agree about PG Tips. It's one of the few commercially bagged teas that is actually good. We can get it here, in bags, but again no loose tea available.

Last night we opened a bottle of 1997 Beaulieu Vineyards Clone 4 Cabernet Sauvignon. This was one of a very limited bottling of new clones that they were considering for their signature Georges de la Tour Reserve. We only were able to get two of them at the time, and two of the Clone 6. Both were excellent with a couple of years on them (drunk right around the turn of the century), but when we had the Clone 6 a couple of years ago, it really hadn't stood up. Which made opening the Clone 4 last night a bit of a tense moment. But we needn't have worried - it was wonderful. Just a slight bit of oxidation showing along the edge of the glass, and the nose had lost a bit of it's fruit, but not all by any means. In the mouth, the tannins were still there, but very soft, and the blackberry and bramble fruits were mostly gone. But still that characteristic Rutherford Dust, and a very nice wine. Especially given it's had a rough time (storage was not the best during the period when we were in the process of immigrating to Canada.)

This morning I just finished my Peet's Major Dickason's coffee, and moving to Anniversary Breakfast Blend tea.
