I doubt it. I don't think it's Amazon, but Oxford University Press. Quite a few of their academic titles are only available as PDF or not available at all.
Ah . . . . Now I'm wondering why. Pdf is usually not the ideal format for smaller format for smaller displays, which more and more people, it seems, use to read books. It looks to me like the publishers are fouling their own nest. Oh well.

And I've got a pdf-only (for free) ebook post coming right up . . . .
