IT does not show up until after you get to the next screen--then there is a Promo Code spot. They put it about one screen later than they should and it feels as though you are already making the purchase. I avoided buying for a long time because I could not see the promo spot. After you enter the promo code, there is an update button too so you can make sure the code works. If not, you can still back out.

Rgeog, I don't know the answer to your question. I think it is different for different countries.
