I have no idea what model is but I found a manual that is close. Looks like it's something maintenance has to do.
Oh I found out it's not a wall unit it's called a Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner. It looks like the filter is under the vents. I'll ask maintenance about it. I had a nice long chat with one of the guys today. All three of them are really nice. We talk to the office about the neighbor downstairs they are sending a letter and a I heard from one of the guys the person is a elderly male and really nice. So I'm hoping we can come to a understanding and all live HEA.
I've been doing laundry today. I am loving this little stacked unit. It gets my clothes clean and smelling fresh. It's not a HE unit. My washer is a HE and the clothes never smell that good. I'll never buy another HE washer again. Sometime newer isn't better.
Oh we got our fan from storage and shooting it down the hall. It's overcast and only 77F outside so it's hard to know but it's really cool in here today even with the mini dryer going. I actually turned the A/C up 2 degrees.
