Frack. Never mind. I found another post from last year about ESET blocking the use of that port due to its web filter. Problem corrected.
Side Note: You'd think ESET, one of the most advanced AV companies with one of the most accurate engines in the world, could make their software a little less buggy. (I've had web proxy crashes with this software previously as well).
