Google Play also. They use Adobe's DRM, and you can download either epub or pdf from the Google Play website or read the book on an android device.

Caveat: I haven't tried this yet since the book I'm ordering isn't out yet. I just tried to do my research first. I did verify that I can download a freebie title from the website.
