I have never tried and FB2 file before, but I have just tried two. The Glo processed them both into library OK, but would only open one. It worked fine, but the other caused the Glo to restart. This one was converted from a test epub that has lots of fonts, unusual characters and several different types of images.
So, FB2 at least partly works. But, I agree with meeera. In the long term, converting to epub is a probably better.
