I think you should decide based on your level of disapppointment (or lack thereof) the last time they were on sale and then the price went up. Were you kicking yourself for not buying them then? If not, I think you have you answer.
It seems like a really great deal. But if you're going to buy the books just so you have the complete set in Calibre that's $20 that could be spent on other books.
