I can't seem to send books to my S5, the "Send To" options are all grayed out.

I never had this issue with my Sony readers, Calibre 'just worked' for them! And I admit that I've not used Calibre much with my Kindle Fire. As a result, any changes in operation and use of Calibre that might have occurred could have gone by without my noticing it!

Is there something I need to do? I've installed the S5 driver on my Windows 7 PC, but that hasn't seemed to help.
