I'm not sure but it looks like Google Play is discounting all Hachette books priced $3.99 or higher by 25%. According to my Kristen Ashley wishlist, Amazon has started price matching some of them.
I noticed this Hachette boxset now available for $2.99. It's a 6/3 pre-order so you won't find it on Amazon for now. Note: most of these have previously been on sale of $0.99-$1.99 at one time or another so check your libraries.
