I have a kobo ereader wifi (e647b) that crashed during a firmware upgrade. I have a 2gig SD card and I'm making a muddle of trying to set it up to flash a new firmware into the machine. Can any of you brilliant, god-like, lordly geniuses PM me a private message about what to do (the machine is my MIL's and my reputation will be unassailable forever if I can fix it.
