The system is responsive, I can see the screen changing slightly after pressing some button or even using the touch pen. The battery was charged for a night and the problem remained. I also tried to reset and turn the device on and off several times.

This is the first time it happened and I couldn't find any history of a similar problem happening to others. I tried to update the firmware, but with such a screen it is hard to say if the update was completed or not.
Hi juki,

did it fell down somewhen?

Because to me, it looks like the screen is broken.

I would do the following in order to limit the damage:

- unscrew the casing
- unplug the battery (maybe this already helps)
- disconnect the e-ink screen "FFC" (flexible flat cable)

then, put everything back to initial state and tell me if the problem still continues...

if so, I would say: the screen is broken.
or maybe the mainboard (but this happens rarely).

The following posts should help you to disassemble your M92:
