That seems needlessly harsh.
I own and read on both a Fire and a (dying) Touch; I can read longer without visual and physical fatigue on e-ink.
We vote with our money. This week I voted to replace the dying Touch with a PW2. Tracking shows it will arrive on my doorstep today.
