KK: That brace sounds like a really good idea from now until the revision surgery! Meanwhile, Vicodin is your friend. (And I am _so_ glad you've finally got both a diagnosis and a fix on the way!)
Stitch: Agreed, there was never much doubt where this was going, given Thailand's history. Stay safe, and I hope all the issues stay south of you. If we don't see you for a while, I'll assume they killed the local Internet access.
