I wish that I could help you, especially since I posted it.

One little piece of information that I can pass on is the fact that not just this cookbook but all of the cookbooks that Amazon sells of all three of the authors have a large number of reviews and have very high ratings. In addition to noticing the strength of the ratings, the only other things that I can think of to suggest would be for you to read over the umpteen reviews for this and the authors' other cookbooks.

I wish that I could whip up a couple of the recipes and try them out for you, but Mr. GtrsRGr8 is taking a hiatus from cooking at the present time.
