I had a (small tiny) circle of fellow workers that we lent books ( I always wanted mine back). The current terms don't allow sharing (even if only 1 person was reading the book at the moment).

TM I am not sure lending a device (with shared account) avoids violation. 2 Devices could open the same book at the same time.
