Thanks very much for your help - unfortunately, however, Amazon.com is no longer selling the book on Kindle (I have no idea why, because they were doing so previously), and even changing to Amazon.com doesn't allow me to buy it from Amazon.ca. Would actually changing my address to a Canadian one allow me to buy it from there?
