I haven't been able to raise Frontline chat for the last 3 days. I keep getting the 'Searching for an available Agent' message until it times out maybe 20 minutes later.
For my Aus account the message I get when I try to enter my credit card details is:
'We were unable to process your request at this time. Please try again.'
Which is odd because the same card works perfectly across my other Kobo accounts.
