Someone with a lot of books might think something went wrong because it was so quick.

I will look at that during the next prerelease cycle. The fact that the two folders are identical even though their names are different is discovered at a point where it is inconvenient to display such a dialog.

Also, I think it might be a mistake to show the dialog box allowing the user to move through the SD card file system. Anyone who takes advantage of that dialog to actually move to a different folder is going to run into problems if they go the wrong way. Wouldn't it make more sense to go straight from the "Use SD Card" dialog to the "Are you sure" dialog? If you want to allow them to see the dialog to pick a folder under the files folder, perhaps you should hide the "Up/Back" button when they are in the ".../files" folder.

It is possible that the user has rooted their tablet, in which case they can put the folder wherever they want. I thought about providing a user interface for that situation, but then decided that anyone who knows how to root a device can work out the directory tree. Another possibility: some tablet manufacturer decides to remove the restriction as a marketing advantage. I don't know how much control Google has over what companies like Samsung or HTC do. Another possibility: someone delivers a tablet with 2 external SD cards (yes, I know I am reaching, but ...).
And in any event, CC won't let you pick a folder it can't write in, so the user can't (I hope) get into too much trouble.
