Je ne connais pas Calibre en détail, j'utilise les fonctions de base, mais sous Linux, il est courant d'avoir un fichier de configuration général et un fichier propre à l'utilisateur qui vient en complément de la configuration générale. Il existe peut-être un fichier configuration dans les répertoires d'installation de Calibre qu'il serait possible d'éditer.
