Is there a way how specific meta-data can be injected into the OPF file directly under Calibre?

I'm building my eBooks with Calibre and it would be great if I could embed the EPUB3 meta properties that Apple is using these days to control the reading experience directly in Calibre.

I can't seem to find a way, though. Am I missing something?
