According to that log, calibre and CC are trying to add around 2380 books that CC found on your device. In the middle of this process, after 15 minutes and 480 books, the device closed the network connection, perhaps because it went to sleep but perhaps for some other reason.
It isn't clear to me what the situation is. CC found 2382 books on the device, apparently none of which are in CC's database. It is sending these books to calibre, so these books must be .mobi or some other not-epub format. The reason it is sending them to calibre is to determine whether or not the books match a book in your calibre library.
Do you really want CC to match all 2382 books against what is in calibre's library? If not, then go to CC's settings and turn off "Scan for new books." However, if you do want the matching to happen, given the network disconnections it might be better to do the work in stages, perhaps 250 books at a time. I am not sure how these books got on to your device, so I can't suggest how you might do it in stages.
