Check on the Kobo desktop to see if it's in there as that's where the kepubs are.
The other two books that also don't have receipts but do have download buttons are straight epub files, and all three books are from the same publisher, same series, and in sequence, and this one book is the middle of the three books. It also shows in available on 'DESKTOP, eREADERS, IOS, ANDROID, TABLETS, WINDOWS'. I did sync the desktop app, and the book loads ok there, so I assume it'll download find to my Kobo Glo then.

So that's the difference between a kepub and an Adobe DRM epub?
