I know of no convenient way to remove 'non standard' metadata in a book, other than by editing the content.opf by hand or by doing an EPUB to EPUB conversion. But if you do a Save to Disk or Send to Device of that EPUB you'll get it all back again.

So assuming you had a EPUB unpolluted by superfluous metadata ('pristine') then what do you want to do with it - if its send/upload to an external entity, then my advice is to copy the 'pristine' EPUB out of the book folder with your file manager to somewhere like your desktop and then deal with it using dumb tools like your operating system, browser, mail client etc.
