I've had this same problem as well. Except..

I used a brand new gift $25 card I bought at the local Chapters store. Two books that I used different coupon codes for went through fine, but when I tried 3 other books using the two codes and the multi-tab trick I got the oops message. I got receipts for the two books that worked fine, and under the purchases tab it only shows those 2 books. But if I go to my library two of the three books show up with the download tab, but the first book doesn't. When I go to my payment tab it shows I have a balance of $18.99, which sound like the three books did get charged, with the applicable tax.
