And your so right it does take a number of trys to get it to open; its very very messy what pops up; I have had pages missing and a combo of weird numbers and letters and lastly paragraphs missing over the past 2/3 days trying to get it right.
But the whole messy process does work its way out after several try's and I don t give up .

You should just leave it in calc and print it from there I think. I have never used calc but should be good.
Notepad has no formatting options at all so anything done to line things up and space things out would be very difficult if impossible. And we want it to look decent after all of your effort don't we
1. import CSV
2. Format cells by row and by column.
3. Sort data
4. Cut and paste your data so you have 2 rows of data per page.
2,3, and 4 might take a few tries but once you get it right you will say how nice and remember how to do it. You will probably want to do this again some day.
