Yes, $ 11.99 makes more sense.

Amazons pricing policy looks screwed up to me sometimes. When I go to their website, I see price A for a book. Once I have logged in to buy it, I see price B (that is sometimes higher than Price A I have seen before logging in :-( ). Also, sometimes I see that the book is not available to customers in my region, and other things.
