Yes and No. I even sent email to their sales address and have yet to get a reply.
Just tried again, trying to get to my account (not front page) and now I'm getting an "Offline for Maintenence" message along with a "We apologise to our customers. We are updating our website and it will be back as quickly as possible." Top page still displays "Website Coming Soon! Stay Tuned" message.
