I would imagine so, since calibre comes as a standalone binary package. The only requirements are: the linux kernel, glibc 2.10+, and an i686/x64 processor (old ARM packages are available for raspberry pi through the distro).

I don't know how well it will run on 64 MB ram. You might get better mileage out of fbreader.

The important thing is not restricting yourself to 15-year-old windows. DSL is a little newer than that.
