I love the insert paragraph spacing feature and convert all my books primarily to put the spaces in and remove indents. Would it be possible though to limit the feature to just the body text of the book, and to leave alone the cover or copyright page, table of contents, etc? This may not be feasible but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.
