The jobs reports 4 papers downloaded, yet the mirror is still on yesterdays date in the database.
I noticed this morning i have a windows update notice, which may have downloaded at the same time. I have noticed some of these windows update scans etc do hammer my cpu and it is often 100%. could this be the cause?
