@judyni - here's a some less obvious solutions
  • Pin ...\ebook-viewer.exe to taskbar, drag'n'drop epubs onto the taskbar icon (Win 7, not sure about 8)
  • Put a shortcut to ...\ebook-viewer.exe into your Send To folder. With a bit of luck that'll be menu key/n/e, depends what's already in your Windows Explorer context menu and Send To folders.
  • Use Nir Sopers File Types Manager to add new verbs to the Windows Explorer epub context menu - see screenshot for what I have for .epub files.
